Richard Brown of Hermiston Passes Away at 65

Richard J. Brown died on Dec. 19, 2014 at his home in Hermiston at the age of 65.

He was born on April 7, 1949 in West Los Angeles to Bernard and Mary Clark Brown.

A private family burial will be held.
