Hermiston's Otto Reise Passes Away at 91

Otto Reise, 91, of Hermiston, died on Thursday, Jan. 15, 2015 in Pendleton.

He was born on Nov. 3, 1923.

Funeral arrangements are pending at Burns Mortuary of Hermiston.
