The Umatilla Toastmasters club meets at 6 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at the fire hall in McNary.
The mission of Toastmasters is to provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.
Meetings are an hour in length and guests are welcome at no cost. The next meeting is March 24.
The club is soliciting new members in order to charter the club. New member and club fees will be explained at the meetings. Everyone is invited.
