He was born on Dec. 2, 1943 in Vinita, Okla. died on May 18, 2015 at his home in Hermiston at the age of 71.
A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Burns Mortuary Chapel. A potluck gathering will follow at Spillway Park below McNary Dam in Umatilla.
