The Irrigon Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors has rented a building at 490 Highway 730 for its office and visitors center.
“We are pleased to announce that we received a grant from the Wildhorse Foundation that will be used to get our Visitor Center opened,” said Phyllis Danielson of the Irrigon Chamber.
A grand opening will be held Wednesday, Sept. 16 with the following schedule:
1 p.m. – Meet and Greet
1:30 p.m. – Grand Opening Ceremony
1:30-5 p.m. – Open House
Guests will include State Rep. Greg Smith, Mayor Sam Heath and City Manager Aaron Palmquist.
