The Morrow County Board of Commissioners will hold the third and final town hall meeting tonight to seek input regarding the north Morrow County building to be constructed in Irrigon.
The current Irrigon facility has reached its capacity and is in need of a great deal of repair. The commissioners previously decided, based on the size and condition of the building, that it was better suited to be torn down and a new structure put in its place.
The Board of Commissioners is inviting and encouraging the public to participate at tonight’s meeting from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Irrigon City Hall, 500 N.E. Main Ave. Previous town halls on the subject were held in Boardman and Heppner.
The county is still working to schedule a time and location in Ione and is hopeful the citizens of the Lexington area will attend the other meeting locations.
