Peyton F. Hobbs died on Aug. 20, 2018 in Hermiston at the age of 25.
He was born on March 27, 1993 in Fort Riley, Kan.
He attended school in Hermiston from kindergarten through his senior year in 2011 (with the Ones). He made numerous friends throughout the years and enjoyed playing sports. He was especially passionate about lacrosse. He had many dreams and ideas of how he would spend the years after high school. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with a mental disorder which drastically changed his outcome.
He is survived by his mother, Denise Bush-Hobbs; brothers, Zachary Hobbs and Ian Bush; grandparents, Gail Raines, Lynn and Cheryl Hobbs, and Lori Bush; nieces, Avary and Vylette Hobbs; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Dennis A. Bush.
A celebration of life service will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2018 at 3 p.m. at Burns Mortuary Chapel, Hermiston.
A potluck gathering will follow at Spillway Park below McNary Dam in Umatilla.
