The Hermiston City Council will meet in executive session this evening to give a review of City Manager Byron Smith’s job performance.
Smith has served as city manager since succeeding Ed Brookshier in 2014.
The council is also expected to vote to support the Hermiston School District’s $82.7 million school bond measure that will go before voters in November.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at Hermiston City Hall.
