The Portland Trail Blazers and Moda Health will hold the seventh annual Rip City Rally this month, with several Eastern Oregon cities hosting events put on by a team of Blazers and Moda ambassadors and staff.
The rally kicks off on Monday, Sept. 9 in Baker City. Then it’s on to La Grande on Sept. 10; Hermiston on Sept. 11; The Dalles on Sept. 12; and Sandy on Sept. 13. Since the 2019-20 season marks the Trail Blazers’ 50th anniversary, the appearances will feature special activations and guests all along the rally route.
Hermiston’s event promises fun activities for all ages. It takes place from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Hermiston Community Center parking lot, 415 S. Highway 395.
