Due to the statewide two-week freeze to help curb the rise in COVID-19 cases, Umatilla City Hall will be closed to the public until Dec. 4, except by appointment.
The Umatilla Public Library will also be closed, but staff will be available by phone Tuesday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and Saturdays, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Patrons can call to schedule an appointment for curbside or delivery service.
