The Oregon Trail Library District is hosting the Border Collie International Performing Canine Team tomorrow, June 29 inside the Heppner and Irrigon libraries.
The rescued border collies will perform in Heppner at 2 p.m. and in Irrigon at 6 p.m., entertaining and educating spectators through demonstrations of football, baseball, skits and Frisbee tricks.
