Here’s a rundown of the Hermiston Police Department’s cases from night shift Friday through this morning:
- Handled 4 calls with people in crisis (mental/behavioral health)
- Arrested seven people on outstanding warrants
- Took two hit-and-run reports, one resulted in an arrest
- Responded to multiple domestic disputes. One of those resulted in an assault arrest
- Responded to multiple disturbance calls. A few arrests were made.
- Took three unlawful applying graffiti reports
- Took two theft reports
- Handled multiple trespass complaints
- Made one DUII arrest
- Handled one death investigation
- And, of course, responded to a plethora of fireworks complaints
