The Hermiston City Council will hold a work session at 6 p.m. tonight to discuss pension obligation bonds prior to its regular meeting.
Following the work session, the council will reconvene at 7 p.m. when it will consider a resolution allowing a customer allocation agreement between the city and Umatilla Electric Cooperative.
The council will also go into an executive session to discuss a property transaction.
