Good Shepherd Health Care System will offer the free virtual Healthy Cooking on a Budget class on Tuesday, July 12 from 2 to 4 p.m.
The virtual class is for all ages to learn simple, nutritious recipes. Ingredients are provided free to all participants ahead of time; cooking hardware is not provided.
