The Oregon Department of Transportation on Tuesday, May 2, reported the road surface collapsed on a 10 mile stretch of Highway 730 east of Umatilla.
The closure is roughly 9 miles east of Umatilla from about milepoints 193.5 to 203 near the Washington border.
According to TripCheck, all the collapse has led to the closure of east and westbound lanes, and travelers should use an alternate route.
