Boardman Fire and Rescue Station #81 is holding a couple of celebratory events next week that the public is invited to attend.
There will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new station at 911 Tatone St. on Monday, July 3 from 6 to 7 p.m., hosted by the Boardman Chamber of Commerce. Then on Tuesday, July 4, the firefighters will host an open house and barbeque from 12 to 4 p.m. For more information, call the station at 541-481-3473.
