WorkSource Oregon Hermiston will present the Agricultural Labor Laws Forum for Agricultural Employers on Thursday, May 3 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This forum is free to attend.
Attendees will learn more about federal and state labor requirements that help protect employers and migrant, seasonal and H-2a farm workers. The forum will cover wage and hour requirements, safety in transportation and housing, federal and state registration requirements and more. Training is provided by the U.S. Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division, Oregon Employment Department, Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries, and Oregon Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
