Applications are being taken at Hermiston City Hall for a seat on the Hermiston Airport Advisory Committee.
Anyone interested can pick up application materials at city hall, 180 N.E. Second St. The term for Position No. 4 runs through Oct. 31, 2015. The deadline to apply is Friday, May 16.
The Airport Advisory Committee makes recommendations to the Hermiston City Council regarding the Hermiston Municipal Airport and meets for approximately one hour at 4 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month at the airport terminal building.
Hermiston residency is not a requirement, but preference will be given to applicants who are Hermiston residents.
