Alvin L. “Al” Sather, a longtime Hermiston resident, died surrounded by family on July 15, 2017 in Pasco, Wash. at the age of 82.
He was born on June 19, 1935 in Malta, Mont. to Alvin O. and Juanita Tatman Sather.
A graveside service with military honors will be held on Friday, July 21, 2017 at 4 p.m. at the Hermiston Cemetery.
