Alexa A. Perez died on March 7, 2024 at her home in Hermiston at the age of 15.
She was born on April 17, 2008 in Portland.
Viewing will be held on Friday, March 15, 2024 from 1 until 5 p.m. at Burns Mortuary Chapel, Hermiston.
A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at 1 p.m. at Burns Mortuary Chapel, Hermiston.
Burial will follow at the Hermiston Cemetery.
