Do you know a young person (under the age of 25) that has willingly taken on responsibilities of helping others? Altrusa International of Hermiston will be honoring an “Outstanding Young Citizen” at the Hermiston Distinguished Service Awards banquet on Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2014.
Altrusa is looking for someone that demonstrates commitment, personal responsibility, positive attitude, leadership and a caring attitude toward others.
Nomination forms can be picked up at the Hermiston Chamber of Commerce or on the Altrusa International of Hermiston website. Nomination forms must be accompanied with a letter explaining in detail the achievements, activities and/or other information that make this individual a good candidate.
Nominations must be postmarked no later than Jan. 15, 2014.
