Altrusa International of Hermiston is seeking nominations for the Outstanding Young Citizen Award.
Altrusa will honor the winner at the Hermiston Chamber of Commerce’s Distinguished Service Awards banquet on Feb. 4, 2015.
Nominees should be under age 21 and demonstrate commitment, personal responsibility, a positive attitude, leadership qualities and a caring attitude toward others.
Nomination forms can be obtained at the Hermiston Chamber of Commerce, Hermiston Public Library or e-mail cande@eotnet.net. Nomination forms must be accompanied with a letter explaining in detail the achievements, activities and/or other information that make this individual a good candidate.
Nominations must be postmarked no later than Jan. 15, 2015.
