Angel B. Joy of Irrigon died on June 19, 2021 in Hermiston at the age of 68.
He was born on Feb. 4, 1953 in Vega, Baja, Puerto Rico.

I enjoyed working with Angel in the 90s. Our greatest joy was talking about the goodness of the Lord with Angel and my Brother Fred. I was saddened at the news of his passing. Our condolences are extended to the Joy family, praying for peace, joy, and strength as you transition through this season of grief. Isaiah 61:3.
