The Arc of Umatilla County, 215 W. Orchard Ave. in Hermiston, is holding their annual Christmas Party this Saturday, Dec. 9 from 2 to 3:30 p.m.
The free event includes meeting Santa, cookie decorating, crafts, caroling and a gift exchange. To participate in the gift exchange, please bring a wrapped adult or youth gift valued at $10 maximum.
