If you live in the Oregon Trail Library District and have accumulated some pesky late fees, there’s an easy, generous way to eliminate that debt.
Now through Christmas, the district will waive late fees for patrons who bring canned food or new personal care items for donation to a local food pantry.
Donations are welcome, even if you don’t have fines on your account. Please note that fees for repair or replacement of damaged or lost materials will not be forgiven. For contact information and more about the district, go online.
