Artie M. Kellar Jr. of Irrigon died on April 29, 2024 in Hermiston at the age of 72.
He was born on June 9, 1951 in Brewster, Wash.
A military graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 11 a.m. at the Hermiston Cemetery.
