Elizabeth Ann “Beth” Southard died on March 1, 2023 at her home in Irrigon at the age of 58.
She was born on Dec. 12, 1964 in Lancaster, Pa. to Rolf and Rita Moore Thelander.
She enjoyed fishing until she was crispy burnt, crafting, coloring, and spending time with her grand babies.
She is survived by her husband, Joe Darlington; kids, Ashley and Joey Munkers, Jennifer Curtis, Brandon and Michelle Darlington and Shayla Darlington; as well as 10 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A private family celebration will be held.
