William “Bill” Prosser of Hermiston died on Dec. 19, 2024 in Portland at the age of 44.
He was born on Dec. 19, 1980 in Umatilla.
Bill was raised in Irrigon and Umatilla. He worked at Marlette Homes for 15 years. Bill married Jessica Sager and they started a family and later divorced. He had worked for PCA (Packing Corporation of America) for the past 14 years. Bill enjoyed the outdoors, camping, fishing, time with family and friends and playing pool and was an avid hunter and 49ers fan.
He is survived by his wife, Nicole Prosser, Hermiston; sons, Trevor Prosser, Irrigon, Taylor Prosser, Hermiston and Michael Issel, Irrigon; Abigail Prosser, Umatilla; stepdaughter, Rylee Turk, Pendleton; sisters, Lori Jackson, Kennewick, Wash., Valorie Severance, Kennewick, Wash. and Mandy (Kenneth) Suder, Hermiston; and a grandson, Weston Issel.
Bill was preceded in death by his mother.
A celebration of life gathering will be held on Sunday, Jan. 12, 2025 at 3 p.m. at the Rustic Truck, Highway 730 in Irrigon.
