The Blue Mountain Community College Concert Choir will present “Homeward Bound” on Friday, March 17 in the Bob Clapp Theatre in Pioneer Hall.
This family-friendly performance has free admission, and attendees are encouraged to wear green for St. Patrick’s Day.
“Homeward Bound” is a series of pieces evoking the idea of home or returning home from a journey, ranging from the early 1900s to more contemporary works. Featured soloists include Alanna Ellis and Hillary Edwards. The performance begins at 7 p.m.
The Concert Choir is also looking for new members. While choir experience is preferred, it is not required to join the group. The BMCC Concert Choir meets Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at noon in MUP-122 (in the McCrae Activity Center).
