The Blue Mountain Community College Music and Theatre Department and Friends of the Opera House in Elgin are presenting multiple performances of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol during December.
Audiences will see a new version of the holiday classic, created from a variety of sources and adaptations. The first performances are tonight at 7:30 p.m. and tomorrow, Dec. 11 at 2:30 and 7:30 p.m. at BMCC’s Bob Clapp Theatre. Then the play moves to Elgin for presentations on Dec. 17, 18, 21, 22 and 23.
