There’s a new face at Blue Mountain Community College’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in Wallowa County. Rick Bombaci, who has lived in Wallowa County since 1980, will serve as the SBDC’s new Wallowa County Business Adviser. He began his new role today.
Bombaci has worked in a variety of business roles throughout his career, during which he developed strong relationships with individuals and organizations throughout Wallowa County. He spent four years as a high school business teacher, 20 years as a computer business owner, four years as a business development officer, five years as a development director and five years as a business consultant. He has experience in both the for- and non-profit industries.
As a business owner, Bombaci became well aquainted with the practice of visiting clients on site, learning about how different businesses operate.
