The College Prep Department of Blue Mountain Community College is holding information and placement sessions this month for their College Prep GED and English Language Acquisition (ELA) programs.
GED information sessions will take place at the Hermiston campus on March 18 at 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., with placement sessions on March 20 at 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. In Boardman, the GED information session will be at the Workforce Training Center on March 19 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Placement sessions will be by appointment only.
The Hermiston campus will hold English Language Acquisition (ELA) information sessions on March 19 at 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Placement sessions will be on March 21 at 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Students must be at least 16 years of age to register. All students under the age of 18 must present a Release From Compulsory Attendance from their high school.
