Blue Mountain Community College will host an open house and reception on Monday, Sept. 21 for Tom Insko, the new president of Eastern Oregon University.
The event will be from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at the Eastern Oregon Higher Education Center, 975 S.E. Columbia Drive in Hermiston.
