BMCC to Offer Traffic Control, Flagger Course in Hermiston on March 23

Blue Mountain Community College will present the Work Zone Traffic Control/Flagger Course on Friday, March 23 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the BMCC Higher Education Center in Hermiston. The course is for construction, utilities, tree trimmers, tow truck drivers, etc.

The cost is $115 per person, and you must be 18 to hold a valid flagger card. The deadline to register is March 19. This course includes instruction and all reference and instruction books for the class. Upon successful passage of the exam, students will receive a flagger card, valid for three years from date of issue without renewal. The card is good in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana.
