Blue Mountain Community College’s volleyball team is encouraging its fans to make a statement with a “Pink Out” tonight when it plays host to Spokane.
October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Timberwolves want everyone who attends tonight’s match at 6 p.m. in the McCrae Activity Center to wear pink to show their support for cancer awareness.
In addition, supporters of the Lady Timberwolves will host a barbecue fundraiser to benefit the team from noon to 5:45 p.m. Friday at BMCC in the McCrae Activity Center Courtyard. The menu will feature Philly cheesesteak, pulled pork, chicken breast sandwiches, hamburgers and more. Prices vary.
