The Blue Mountain Community College volleyball team collected its fourth-straight Northwest Athletic Conference championship on Sunday and its fifth overall.
The Timberwolves defeated Clark College 23-25, 25-17, 25-22, 25-20. Freshman middle blocker Kristin Williams from Pendleton was named the tournament MVP. The 3-1 win came in the NWAC Championship Tournament in Tacoma, Wash.
Williams finished the championship match with eight kills and five blocks and eight assists.
Miah Perez notched 13 kills in the match while Jordan Mix and Keri Schwarz each had 11.
