Winter Coat Program Under Way
Columbia River Community Health Services is providing winter coats for those in need this winter. Anyone who needs a warm, gently-used coat can pick one up at the clinic, 450 Tatone St. Coat donations can also be made at the clinic.

Food Bank Seeks Donations
First Community Credit Union is seeking the community’s help in supporting the local food bank during the holiday season. You can help by dropping off non-perishable food items or by purchasing a paper cut-out tree for $1. Donations can be made at the First Community Credit Union in Boardman, 101 S.W. Kinkade, across from the Boardman Select Market.
Sam Boardman to Host Christmas Program
Sam Boardman Elementary School will hold its annual Christmas program at 6 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 12. The concert is free to the public, but non-perishable food items will be accepted and will be used to make food baskets for families in the community.
Eat Breakfast and Meet Santa
The Kiwanis Club of Boardman is sponsoring Breakfast with Santa from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 14 at the Boardman Senior Center. Pancakes and sausages will be served for $3 and includes crafts for kids, a visit from Santa and horse-drawn carriage rides by Equine Elegance.
