Beginning on Monday, Sept. 28, the Boardman Chamber of Commerce will host a series of six forums live on Facebook to introduce local candidates in the upcoming election.
In the lineup are candidates for mayor, city council, county commissioner, county justice of the peace, county treasurer, and county sheriff. They will give opening statements, answer pre-determined questions, give closing statements, and, if time allows, field questions from the Facebook audience.
Monday’s forum for mayoral candidates begins at 6 p.m. on the chamber’s Facebook page. For information about all the candidates and other voter resources, visit the chamber website.
