The Boardman City Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 4 at Boardman City Hall.
The council will consider installing two new stop signs as well as hear the first reading of an amendment to the Umatilla Electric Cooperative franchise agreement. The council will also hear the November financial report.
