The city of Boardman has partnered with Xpress Bill Pay to process credit and debit cards and offers residents the ability to securely pay their utility bills online.
Residents have the ability to view, track, and pay their city bills through, Xpress Bill Pay’s secure website. Various payment options are available including credit and debit cards and electronic funds transfer. Customers can also setup automatic monthly payments and view up to a full year’s history of their accounts. Visa and MasterCard payments can be made 24 hours a day and are processed through Xpress Bill Pay’s secure payment engine.
The online bill pay may be accessed from a link on the city of Boardman’s website. To enroll, participants are asked to have their utility bill handy. For questions regarding online bill pay service, call 541-481-9252 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
