Boardman Fire Department is hosting its fifth annual rib cook-off on Saturday, June 28 at the Boardman Marina Park.
There is a limit of 20 teams. The winning team will receive $500, the second-place team will take home $250 and the third-place team will receive $100. A People’s Choice Award of $500 will also be given out. Check-in starts at 7:30 a.m. with judging beginning at 2:30 p.m.
Cook-off applications can be picked up at the Boardman Fire Hall, 300 Wilson Lane or by calling 541-481-3473.
