She was born June 15, 1929 at McClain County, Okla., to William Francis & Mary Anna (Furgeson) Hunter.
She was raised in Oklahoma until age 14 when she moved to Port Angeles, Wash. Francis was a resident of Boardman since 1978. She enjoyed embroidery, crocheting, fishing, reading, traveling and she loved her family.
She is survived by Son, David Ross of Port Angeles, WA; Daughters, Mary Glass of Port Angeles, WA and Pennie McAdams of Boardman, OR; Sisters, Virginia Beall of Prineville, OR, Laura Iotte of Eureka, MT, and Oma Banker of Junction City, OR; 7 grandchildren; 14 Great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Husbands, Marion Beck, Jerry Andrew and William Ross; Sisters, Ann Pringle, Juanita Turney, and Maxine Swaggerty; Brother, William Hunter.
A private family celebration will be held.
