River Lodge, Cabins & Grill in Boardman will undergo a restaurant renovation including both interior and exterior improvements.
The renovation will start with interior updates including the construction of a new expanded bar, new craft beer tap system, updated flooring, casual bar gathering spaces and new lighting.
The restaurant will also get a yet-to-be announced named that will be rooted in the area’s history and community.
As the new look is unveiled, a new menu will be launched. The grill will continue sourcing food and beverage ingredients from the region as often as possible. Just recently, Ordnance Brewing of Boardman moved two pieces of its breweries taproom into the River Lodge.
Starting in 2021, River Lodge, Cabins & Grill will begin exterior restaurant improvements including a new covered patio, gas fire pit, outdoor lounge seating, landscaping and outdoor games. New vertical doors will be installed in the restaurant to give easy access to the outdoor patio. The exterior upgrades are scheduled for completion May 31, 2021.
