Robert E. “Bob” Frost of Hermiston died on April 1, 2023 in Mesa, Ariz. at the age of 59.
He was born on Dec. 10, 1963 in Hermiston.
A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 1 p.m. at the Faith Presbyterian Church, Hermiston.
