Robert E. “Bob” Frost of Hermiston died on April 1, 2023 in Mesa, Ariz. at the age of 59.
He was born on Dec. 10, 1963 in Hermiston to Albert and Inez Frost.
Bob was raised and attended schools in Hermiston, where he competed in football, basketball, baseball and track. He graduated from Hermiston High School in the class of 1982. Bob worked for Marlette Homes in the service department for several years before starting Bob Frost Construction that he owned and operated until his passing.
He and his wife, Michelle, have been together since 2008 and have enjoyed many of the same interests. Bob had a passion for fishing, hunting, four-wheeling and jet boating with his wife Michelle, his dad Al, brother Bill, and his nephew Bill Jr. and his wife Erin. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and loved spending time with his family and friends and looked forward to their next adventure together.
Bob was a member of the Northwest River Runners, a group that provides education and promotes stewardship of northwest rivers.
He is survived by his wife, Michelle Frost, Hermiston; father, Al Frost, Hermiston; sister, Jody Frost, Montgomery, Ala.; brother, Bill Frost (Shelby), Hermiston; step sons, Shane Walton, Seattle, Wash. and Marcus Journot; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as countless friends.
Bob was preceded in death by his mother, Inez Frost.
Services were held on Saturday, April 22, 2023.
