Elda Y. “Bonnie” James of Hermiston died on March 10, 2023 in Port Orchard, Wash. at the age of 79.
She was born on Nov. 3, 1943 in Caldwell, Idaho.
A celebration of life gathering will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 12 noon at The Arc of Umatilla County, 215 W. Orchard Ave., Hermiston.
