The Hermiston Chamber of Commerce will host the next Breakfast of Champions this Thursday, Jan. 23 at the Hermiston Community Center, 415 S. Highway 395.
The quarterly event recognizes area students for their academic achievements, leadership skills, improvements in the classroom, and more. Participating schools include those in the Hermiston, Echo, Umatilla and Stanfield districts, as well as Hermiston Christian School and Hermiston Junior Academy.
The event goes from 7 to 8 a.m. and includes breakfast for students and their parents, siblings and grandparents, and the nominating teachers. For more information, call the chamber at 541-567-6151.
