CAPECO’s Area Agency on Aging is offering a free fall prevention webinar in partnership with Providence Health & Services.
The webinar takes place Monday, Dec. 6 from 1-3 p.m.
Balance, strength, and overall health can change as you age, putting you at risk for falling. During the free educational webinar, Providence experts will offer information on how to reduce your risk of falling. Learn how your medications, footwear, and home environment can keep you safe and on your feet. Personal medical advice will not be given.
