Carl F. Riley of Irrigon died on Aug. 14, 2023 in Hermiston at the age of 94.
He was born on March 25, 1929 in Carbon, Idaho.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, Sept. 17, 2023 at 3 p.m. at the Family Worship Center, 330 N.E. Eighth St., Irrigon.
