Carla A. Morter died on June 21, 2018 at her home in Heppner at the age of 52.
She was born on Feb. 16, 1966 in Heppner.
A celebration of life service will be held on Monday, July 2, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the Hermiston Christian Center, 1825 W. Highland Ave.
